Clinical Director, Owner & Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker | Master's Level Substance Abuse Counselor

Dr. Yunieska Trujillo Ramirez holds a Ph.D. in Counseling and Psychology. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Substance Abuse Counselor with more than 15 years of experience helping adults heal, grow, and restore balance in their lives. She specializes in trauma-informed care, culturally responsive counseling, substance misuse treatment, post-separation abuse, and supporting healthcare professionals experiencing burnout and high stress. Yunieska provides a warm, supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change. Her approach is holistic and patient-centered, tailored to each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and cultural background. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mental Health & Aging. As a bilingual clinician (English/Spanish), Yunieska is committed to increasing access to care and serving diverse communities.

Madyson ("Mady") Roussin serves as the Office Administrative Assistant at Saint Louise De Marillac Counseling Ministries, PLLC. She is currently pursuing a degree in Political Science and plans to continue her education by earning a law degree with a focus on intellectual property law. Mady has distinguished herself through her academic excellence, leadership, and commitment to ethical discourse. She is a graduate of St. Paul's School's Advanced Studies Program '24 and has participated in ethics bowls, debate clubs, academic conferences, and student leadership initiatives. In recognition of her integrity, character, and leadership, she received the Deb Clark-Valentine Character Development award from the YMCA Student Government program in 2024. At Saint Louise De Marillac Counseling Ministries, Mady helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice by providing administrative support to both clients and clinicians. She assists with welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, managing office communications, maintaining organized records, and supporting the overall operations of the practice. Mady is dedicated to creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment, helping each client feel comfortable, valued, and supported from their very first interaction with the practice.
